Terms of use

Vibzy is a catalog connecting content creators and businesses. Vibzy is not a party to agreements between creators and businesses and is not responsible for their fulfilment.

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and social media statistics. Publishing a profile in the catalog requires a profile photo and an active subscription (€5 per month); the first 100 creators get 2 months free. Featured placement (€30 for 30 days) is available only with an active subscription, and featured profiles are always labelled as advertising.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time — the profile remains visible until the end of the paid period, then it is hidden, but the data is retained. Payments are not refunded for a period that has already started.

Automated harvesting of contact details, using them for spam or other abuse is prohibited. Access may be restricted in case of violation. Reviews are moderated by the administrator; they may be published only about a real collaboration.
